Why I've started blogging.

Basically this is all inspired by the love received on a Facebook group. Ive seen alot of girls who don't feel comfortable in their skin and I want to help them feel as supported in fitness as they do there. I want girls to be able to post on here after a workout and have everyone celebrate them for giving it a go, even if they felt like they failed that day. I feel like being open and honest about my own journey with self esteem and weight loss and what I'm learning as a personal trainer. This is hopefully going to help give others something to relate to. Aswell as advice from someone who's been on both sides of fitness, being incredibly unfit and being a trainer has given me alot of insight and empathy for my clients. So I want to share with you tips I hope you will find helpful and motivational stories to help you accomplish whatever your dreams may be. Im going to share my own workouts with you. I found that my most motivating factor was holding my self accountable to someone, now that I'm a personal trainer I don't have that as much. So I'm going to be holding myself accountable to you guys. I'm still in the middle of my own fitness journey actually I don't think it will end haha. But I still have goals and areas of improvement so I'm aiming to share both the good and bad with you all. So you know you're not alone, not every day is perfect, but that doesn't mean we can't try our best!

So be prepared for pretty much everything, gym workouts, personal blogs, recipes, motivational tips, my own training progress and everything in between, I will even try to get blogs from other trainers to give you a range of information. My next post will be a detailed description of where I'm at fitness wise, where I want to be and why, to give you some more insight on myself and my training philosophies.
