6 Everyday Items That Double As Workout Equipment

Imagine being able to get a great workout in your own home without any workout equipment. Well that's all it takes, a little imagination! Below are 6 things nearly every household will contain and a few ideas of what you can do with them,  to help you get started. I found most of these on the Men's fitness magazine website with a little research it's easy to build your own gym at little to know cost! 

Milk/Juice/Detergent Bottles

Instead of throwing them in the recycling. Fill them up with water or sand to make a great substitute for light weights. You can hold these with some of the other exercises below for an even harder workout. 

Low Chair/Coffee Table

- Dips

- Step Ups

- Box Squats 

Couch

- Glute Bridges

- Plank Leg Jumps

- Pistol Squats (practice or alternate by hoping to the other foot) 

Cooking Pot (Turn Upside-down) 

- High Knee Toe Taps 

- Side Plank with Toe Tap

- Ballistic Pushup (two pots the same height) 

Bed

- Kneeling Squat Jumps

- Pillow V Pass

- Higher Step Ups

Wall

- Squat Hold

- Beginners Pushups

- Plank Walk Ups

- Handstand Shoulder Taps

There are pleanty of body weight exercises that require 0 equipment, just yourself.
